Log your deeds on this form, and have them be counted towards the PARLAY Off-SEAson Challenge Legend Ledger
Here we be tallying the deeds done by the crew. The following are deeds to log:
Field workout (8 points)
Pod session (8 points)
30 minutes of throwing (5 points)
Full Zen or Kung Fu Throwing routine (8 points)
30 minutes of 3v3 or 4v4 mini (8 points)
You will also get bonus points based on the number of people you complete the each deed with. Logging your deeds is purely on the honor code.

The warm-up will the same every pod practice: you’ll do the physical movement from Brian Nevison, and you’ll warm up your throws with Complete the Square.
V-Cuts in Ultiplays (two person sub for Complete the Square)

Ultimate is a skill sport, and there’s no skill more critical than throwing. Throw literally every day if you can—even 10 minutes of tossing a disc into the other couch across your living room is better than nothing.
